Before ordering, customers must agree to the terms of our Material Transfer Agreement:
1. Search Microorganisms
Please make sure CGMCCC number and taxon name of the strain(s) wanted from the online catalogue.
2. Ordering Form [download]
Please fill both strain name(s) and CGMCC number(s) on the order form, and sign or place a seal in the signature column.
3.Sending documents to CGMCC
Please complete the order form and send it to the following address by postal mail, facsimile or e-mail. Order by telephone is currently not accepted.

4. Fee and Payment
Shipping costs will be charged to overseas users.

CGMCC just accept payment by bank remittance for overseas recipient.

5. Shipping
CGMCC will dispatch the microorganism(s) once your payment has been confirmed. Overseas RECIPIENTs will be responsible for shipping costs and the customs clearance service fee in China, as well as managing any customs clearance issues at the destination country.
The microorganism(s) will be dispatched as either a freeze-dried culture (in a glass ampoule) or an actively growing culture (in a slant or vial bottle). Strains that cannot be preserved as dried cultures will be shipped as actively growing cultures. Frozen cultures with dry ice are not available for distribution.
6. Reactivating culture
On receipt of the culture, please reactivate as soon as possible following the methods included in the package.
Notice:
As stated in the "Agreement of Biological Resource Transfer and Treatment" mentioned above, the strains you have received from the CGMCC should not be transferred to a third party.
CGMCC cannot ship the microorganisms isolated from clinic samples and classified in Risk Group 2 to overseas counties.
